Ramesh Awatarsing - Executive Director
Ramesh holds 25 plus years of experience in the financial sector and currently resides in Mauritius. Among his professional qualifications, he is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (FCMA), and holds a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, UK (MBA). He is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, UK (TEP), and is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, (MIOD-2013).
His experience includes holding the title of Accountant in various companies in the UK, Management and IT Consultant at Documentation Associates in London, and Manager and Managing Director at International Management Mauritius Ltd and OCRA Mauritius respectively. He has also held the title of Senior Consultant, Project Manager, and Senior SAP and Management Consultant across various large organisations in Mauritius. Finally over the last twenty years, he has worked as Trust Manager for ING Trust (Mauritius) Ltd and Managing Director for Vistra Mauritius (previously known as Orangefield).
Shakil Moollan - Director
Shakil holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management UK and resides in Mauritius. He has over 20 years’ experience as a Partner in accounting and audit firms. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of Moollan & Moollan, a Chartered Certified Accountancy firm as well as the founder of several business units forming the Moollan & Moollan Group. He is an Independent Director and a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Medine Ltd, a conglomerate listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and director of various Global companies.
His experience and expertise include working in Corporate turnarounds, being well-versed in corporate finance, holding strong marketing portfolio development, and holding valuable experience across a number of sectors.
